áááJoin the specified channel.

áááwill grant chanop to the person you specify, so long as the bot
áááis opped on that channel, and the person you specify isn't being
áááactively deopped by the bot.
[say]
### say <channel> <text>
ááádumps the text to channel, as if the bot "said" it.
[boot]
### boot <nickname>
áááwill kick a user off the party line.
[chemail]
### chemail <user> [email address]
ááásets the email address for a user. this info isn't really used by
áááthe bot for any reason except to display.
[chinfo]
### chinfo <user> [info-line]
ááásets the information line for a user. this line is shown via /msg
ááácommands 'who' and 'whois', and if you have set greet on, it is
áááshown when a user joins the channel. if the info line begins with a
ááá'@', then it is "locked", and that user may no longer change it.

áááerases a user's info line.
[chpass]
### chpass <handle> [newpassword]
áááchanges a user's password on the bot. a password is needed to get ops,
ááájoin the party line, and other things (but only required if one is set).

[deop]
### deop <nickname> <channel>
áááwill remove chanop from the person you specify, so long as the
ááábot is opped on that channel, and the person you specify isn't
áááon the bot's list of authorized chanops.
[email]
### email [email address]
ááásets your email address. this data isn't really used by the bot,
ááábut it will show up if someone does a 'whois' on you. if you
ááádon't specify an address, the bot will show you the email address
áááit currently has for you (if any).

áááclears your email address.
[info]
### info [info-line]
ááásets your info line. this is shown via /msg commands 'who' and
ááá'whois', and possibly when you join the channel. if you omit the
áááinfo line, it will just show you what your current info line is.

áááremoves your info line.
[invite]
### invite <nickname> <channel>
áááinvites someone from irc into channel. this is most useful
áááwhen the channel is +i. a user with the op flag
ááácan also request an invite from the bot with /MSG INVITE
[jump]
### jump <server>
ááámakes the bot jump to another server. Jumping servers ALWAYS
ááámakes the bot lose ops!
[kick]
### kick <nickname> <channel> <reason>
áááwill kick a user off channel with the reason.
[link]
### link [bot]
ááátries to link in a bot.
[motd]
### motd
áááwill redisplay the party-line message of the day, which was
áááshown when you first joined.
[newpass]
### newpass <password>
áááchanges your password on the bot, just like the /msg command
ááá'pass', except you don't need to type your old password.
[quit]

áááremoves you from the party line and disconnects your dcc chat
ááásession with the bot.
[topic]
### topic <channel> <text>
áááchanges the channel's topic, assuming the bot is a chanop or the
áááchannel is not +t
[unlink]
### unlink <bot>
ááádisconnects the named bot.

áááshows you an extensive display of the users on a channel.
[bkick]
### bkick <nickname> <channel>
ááákicks a user off the channel and bans her by a reasonable host-mask.

ááálets you manipulate notes that have been stored up for you while
áááyou were gone.'notes read' lets you read a particular note, or
áááall of them at once. and 'notes erase' erases notes after you are
ááádone with them.
[whois]
### whois <nickname>
áááwill show you the bot information about a user record. there are
áááfour headings:
ááááááHANDLEáááááááthe handle (nickname) of the user
ááááááPASSááááááááá"(yes)" if she has a password set, "(no)" if not
ááááááFLAGáááááááááthe list of flags for this user (see below)
ááááááNOTESáááááááánumber of notes stored waiting for the user

áááspecifies the flood threshold for channel msgs. if the
ááásame user sends this many consecutive msgs to the channel
áááwithin 30 seconds, it's considered a flood and the user
áááis kicked.

áááspecifies the flood threshold for /MSG. if the same host dumps
ááámore than this many /MSG's to the bot within 30 seconds, it is
áááconsidered a flood and that host is put on automatic ignore.

áááspecifies the flood threshold for channel joins. if the
ááásame host joins the channel more than this many times
áááconsecutively within 30 seconds, it's considered a flood
